Question: Ferret Dominance Help?

I have three male ferrets and the two are brothers I adopted from a rescue four years ago and I didn't have the problems with them like the ones I'm having now. I didn't have these problems with my first ferret I ever got. Okay, the two brother ferrets decided dominance before I had gotten them so I never had any problems. Now, Levi, the alpha, has lymphoma and it's spreading fast. I don't want Henry, the other ferret to get depression so I adopted a 1 year old ferret from a woman near by who didn't have enough time for him. The first night Morgan was here, he was great. He got along with everyone and was a cuddle monster. The next morning, he was a normal monster and started going after Levi. I gave them all a bath together to stop the fighting, but that didn't work. I know you're supposed to just let them fight it out, but I don't want Levi to die after getting his title taken from him so I separated them. Now, Morgan sees me as the alpha and is attacking me! I know you're supposed to be the alpha so this is why I need help. I've been doing the scruff and drag technique, but that just makes it worse because it's just showing him I'm alpha which is what he's trying to stop. I've even tried time outs in the bath tub. I'm to the point where I can't tell if it really is a dominance issue or if there's also some neglection in there. Either way, I still give him as much love and praise for not biting as I can. If other ferret owners have this problem, how did you solve it?
