She's 1 year now, a pomeranian, and lately her licking has gotten really bad. She will lick me when I greet her and I yell at her to stop which makes her cower and stop for a little bit, but then she starts right up again an hour later. I really don't like it when she licks my face or hands because she licks her butt and her breath smells like poo. How do I get my Pom to stop? Oh and I don't care about that "the dogs mouth is cleaner than humans." the fact is that she's a dog, she licks her butt, and I'd rather have a dirty human mouth kissing me rather than a dog's poo mouth, it's unnatural and weird that she wants to kiss me in my opinion.
