Me and my family adopted our 9 month old kitten from the piund about 2 weeks ago, ever since last night she has not been really moving or excercising. She will eat, drink and use her litterbox but that's all. What happened was she was just being a kitten as usual and playing with her toys and what not, and we had a few paper bags laying around. So she was playing with one and just being innocent, but somehow she got one of the handles around her neck and starting darying around the house freaking out. She finally found her way behind our refrigerator and from there i heard her hiss but that's all. We moved the fridge and she looked fine, no cuts/bruises on her body. But now she is hiding, won't really move that much. She is eating, drinking and using her litterbox but not really running or walking around as usual. I know this is not really the place for advice but at the moment i need some relief. I'm wondering if she is traumatized or possibly hurt.
