Question: My dog is foaming out of her mouth and is drooling uncontrolably, shes thrown up and cant stand or walk very well?

My pit bull is foaming and salivating out of her mouth uncontrollably, she's thrown up a yellow bile a few times, she's extremely lathargic and won't eat or drink. She was shaking earlier but now stopped and her gums were extremely white but are now regaining a little color. My friend had a baggie of weed that is missing but I'm not sure if that's it, she also can't stand without wobbling over. She has no bloody stool or vomit but I'm so worried. I can't afford to take her to the vet. Please help. I've been laying down with her with a blanket and she hasn't gotten up. She has no red eyes or anything..
