I have a 125 gallon tank with the following 1 fire eel (10in) 1 peacock eel (6in) 2 angelfish (4-5in) 1 red tailed shark (5in) 1 black ghost knife fish (4in) 1 motoro stingray (5in disc) They all get along perfectly fine and have for a while now. Growing up in a 55 till we upgraded with their size. As they grow we will be upgrading again (I lose them if I put them in a big tank too fast lol xD) Anyways, it just seems so empty... the stingray is half buried unless he gets some random energy. The eels usually hide in tubes unless its feeding time. The ghost knife is always hiding except at night. The shark is semi active. But usually hangs out in his log unless he gets bored and teases the angels. The angels are the only 2 things always out. Constantly going around the entire tank. Its nice and peaceful, just a lot of empty space in the middle... Anyone have ideas on filler fish I can put in? Or would you say i'm pretty fully stocked? I was thinking electric german blue rams but the price doesn't seem worth it and I fear conflict issues. But most school fish are semi small and may be eaten lol so.. Any thoughts are awesome :) Also. This is clearly freshwater but I love the colored fish (like electric rams) so fish like discus would be great imo. Just without the delicateness..
