Question: I have neutered cat thats about 2 years old how will he react to a new cat thats a male also and also neutered?

i have had my cat for about 2 years he is a male and he neutered. he has been a indoor cat ever since i got him. recently my sister moved back in and she has another cat that is male and aslo neutered. how will my cat react when another male cat is brought into his territory
