Question: Care questions for my ranchu goldfish?

I haven't really had fish before so I started off with a small 17L tank with 2 ranchu goldfish and 2 small white clouds. i typically feed them 2 pellets once a day and to help them grow bigger, I change 20% of their water 3 times a week. I'm currently moving them into a 60L tank and was wondering how they'd go in there. They're not in yet, but I was going to use a spray bar on the filter instead of a Venturi because they're clumsy enough as it is, I just thing a Venturi would send them flying, but which one is better for oxygenating? They always have plants in their tank as well as a steady source of food. I was just wanting to know whether what I'm doing for them will help, I really want them to grow large and healthy really
