Question: How keep gerbils warm at night?

My babies are my bundle of joy. The weather is ridiculously cold and I'm trying to keep my gerbils warm. They have a ceramic house inside their tank to live in, their bedding is the paper bedding, I give them toilet tissue for a softer bed to keep warm and gave them a box but they are going away with it. Their cage is wrapped on the top and bottom to keep warm with my blanket. But they seem cold when they cuddle together :/
