I just adopted my kitten Nala from a local cat depot. love at first sight. She was bouncing all around the room, running, leaping, playing, gnawing, so fuzzy and loveable I knew I had found the kitten for me and I adopted her. Her official name at cat depot was Fluffball because she's so furry. Sadly she was abandoned and found later, so we don't know her entire history. On the medical records she is listed as a Domestic Short Hair but I'm not entirely sure....her fur is very long and fluffy and she appears to be a sort of mix to me. She has gorgeous eyes long ear tufts and what seems to be a mane around her neck, that day my cousin and one of the volunteers there mentioned her as having Maine Coon characteristics, me not knowing exactly what those looked like, I googled it and found a very wide assortment of cats with different coat patterns/looks. In your opinion does she seem to be of Maine Coon descent or have these characteristics? What're your thoughts on her breed/type of cat she is? She's roughly 3 months old and is very high strung and loveable, she falls asleep next to me and 5 seconds later she's running all around. She's a doll. I will say she seems to be very intelligent already. Also her tail is shorter than normal, no one knows why. So what are your thoughts?
