Question: Kitten kept sleeping in her litter box?

I have a 3 month old kitten, shes always been happy, healthy and playful. 3 days ago she started sleeping/chilling in her litter even if it is dirty, i took her to her vet and the vet said she is perfectly fine and healthy. The vet gave me some suggestions but nothing work out. Its starting to frustrate my family because she is tracking pee and poo everywhere whenever she gets out of the litter. The only time she goes out the litter is for food and water. Help please! Thanks
