I have started a salt water fish tank, and it has been running for 3 weeks. My tank setup is a 14 gallon bio cube, it has live sand and 8 pounds of eco live rock. I also used the premix ocean water, and i was waiting to see the cycle, but i saw nothing. About 2 weeks in i added cleaner crew, 4 hermits, and 3 snail, because i was told they can survive through the cycle, and they are still alive. Ive done reguler checks with nitrite, amonia, and nitrate and PH. Can the cycle go through different steps, mine went with nitrite, then amonia, and barley any nitrate now. Is there another cycle because I have not seen any signs, and would want to know if the cycle wouldnt spike again before i buy 2 clown fish.
