Question: What do I do? Please help? My puppys paw is swollen and seems as if its sweating or wet with a clear liquid print.?

Hello please no rude comments.This started a week ago on Friday, My bf took Emma (our 5 month pitbull puppy) to the beach for her first time at night, she loved it &was so excited! There was a few big rocks &she loves to jump so he said she might have jumped on one but thought nothing of it. That same night once arrived home she started limping not stepping on her right back paw he took her a bath thinking it was sand and she continued to limp. I went the next day &I realized one toe on the paw was swollen I took her another warm bath because I thought something was stuck in it. I made her vet apt which was Monday. By Mon it was still swollen &firm but she was walking &jumping on it, not once did she cry or anything.The Vet said it looked like a bite but since it was firm it could be a broken toe bone &she said either way she was going to put (I believe) a splint on it so she wrapped it up and told me to give her benadryl for any pain for a week then go back. She hated the wrap, everyday she would bite on it and rip some off. Yesterday the 4th day w/it, it bothered her so bad then lastnight while sleeping I woke up to the whole bottom half off to where I could see her toes, so as to seeing itd be no help to her toe anymore I cut the rest off. Her paw now looks worse idk if because it was wrapped up or bc it's gotten worse, her hair looks thin she wont step on it at all she just wants to lay down and I elevate her foot up and it left a wet clear print a few times? ANY ADVICE
