Question: Why does my fish stay at the bottom of the tank?

I just got a new gold fish the other day from Wal-Mart and the lady said its a fish that lives in luke warm water but however i left it in the water it came in and added room temperature bottled water to it which was kinda warm. My fish stayes in the same exact spot at the bottom of the tank. I also tried feeding her flake food but im not sure if she ate it. Its like shes looking at her reflection or something. But i think it could also be she misses the other fish. But however she is moving just not out of that spot.
