Many of my neighbors own small dogs like chihuahuas and terriers and they just let them out and they roam around as they please. Many times when I look in my yard their are 4 or 5 different small dogs in my yard sometimes pooping or doing whatever they please. There owners know that the dogs are out roaming and just don't care. I even took one back the other day to his owner and he was sitting on the couch eating pizza and said thanks I was looking for him..he didn't even care. None of them do. And the last two days that same dogs been in my yard again and no sign of anybody looking for him or even calling his name. And again this is about 4 or 5 different neighbors with different dogs what should I do? Talking to them doesn't help. I'd understand if they ran away every once in a while but this is happening on purpose.
