Question: I started a 125 Gallon Salt water tank. About three weeks after adding Dry Live Rock (75 lbs worth) BioSpira to cycle the aquarium.?

Using a Wet/Dry filter system with 2 powerheads on both ends 78 degrees constant. Salinity between 1.022 and 1.023. Also have a Protein Skimmer that seems to finally working well. I am using tap water but used a conditioner and had the water sitting for at least three weeks before introducing any fish. I first introduced a Brown Tang, Blue Tang, and 2 Clown fish, which all seemed to do very well. I waited a couple of weeks and check all my water levels PH was good, Ammonia 0, Nitrate and Nitrate both 0. I then introduced 2 more fish, a Yellow Tang and a Koran Angel. Everything seemed fine for a couple of days then the Yellow Tang died first about 4 days after adding them to my system. I check the water and everything seemed fine. I did notice an on flux of brown algae all of a sudden So I did a 35 gallon water change with water I have had mixed over a month ago that is heated to 78 degrees and also circulating constantly. Next day lost my Brown Tang, Blue Tang, And the Koran Angel. The 2 clowns seemed ok but not quite themselves. I decided to add some live rock just 13lbs to seed my existing rock. I also added some snails to clean up some of the algae. I then check my tank this morning and both clowns had died. So any help would be appreciated.
