Question: Ok so basically I'm 15 and my mom offered my brother my cat (brother is 25) my brother lives like 30 mins away so I would not see my cat?

So I just found out that she told he him he could have my cat. My cat loves a pretty good life with me. The only difference would be that he could be able to go outside living with my brother and stuff but I do love my cat I have had him since he was a baby and I really need help I don't know what to do and I need an answer soon.
