Question: What can I do about my dog?

I asked this question yesterday, and everyone started commenting thay "dogs don't get jealous", "dogs don't feel protective, they feel aggressive", etc. Which I'm sure you don't have to read the question to know that'd all b.s...there have been studies proving otherwise. Here's the question: I've been watching my friends baby since he was a newborn. At first my dog was fine with him-every time he cried she checked on him and she laid by him when he slepT. It wasn't "aggressive, protective behavior"-I've worked with her since I've had her by putting my hands and face in her face when she's eating or has a bone. I've never even seen her growl. However, we took a month off of babysitting and now he's 4 months old. He's not sleeping all the time, and we interact with him more than we used to. My dog seems to be jealous. I make sure I include her and give her attention. She went over and peed on his blanket and will take his toys. I disciplined her and made her lay down and she stopped. She's a well trained dog with a good tempermant, but it worries me because we want to have a baby, but I don't want her thinking she can (like a child) take things, Pee on things, etc. And no, I DON'T leave her alone with him, and again I try to include her when I'm talking to him and playi ng with him.THERE IS NO AGGRESSION. There never has been with her.
