Question: Where did my cat tooks the kitten?

Hi everybody So i lost my baby cats My cat is a feral cat...for you to understand that i have to go a little in past........ It was 3 month ago I saw a cat in my yard .i gave it water. Food After a month she let me touch her but just on the head .... after a while we got so close she would come to me and let me pet her anywhere on her body Soo after a month i found that she was pregnent(hope write that corectly) I told my family i want to bring her in to the house NO ONE AGRYIED so i made her a house out side of the house after a while i went in there and i was petting her ....that ..... she went in a corner and i found out she had two little sweat babies...i was happy like i never been in my life...but after three days i went out side the house and when i returned they were not here....i am feeling so sad i searched everywhere I dont know what to do PLEASE help me
