I have a 4 year old spoodle (Mini poodle x English cocker spaniel, 13 kilo) and my family and I were thinking of getting a second dog. She is a pretty lazy dog, and normally very calm. I'm pretty sure she gets along with other dogs, we didn't socialize her as much as we should've but we go on holidays alot (2-3 times a year) and we put her in with a dog minder that has like 4-5 other dogs and she gets along very well with them. But they are all about her size or smaller, shes never really met any big dogs, and we were looking at getting a Siberian Husky or German Shepherd and was just wondering if these breeds would go together. Would it be okay if i got either of those breeds as a young puppy and introduced them? Zoe (my dog) is pretty submissive so is having a dominant sort of breed a bad idea? Shes an inside dog, and it would be too. I would be getting another female as well.
