We have a 4-5 Month old puppy, she's a Rat terrier border collie mix, she is very playful puppy..she loves to play with our cats, but our cats don't like it so much, our puppy jumped on our kitty because she wanted to play with him! we have 2 cats, and the other one our puppy will whine and wag her tail and bark at the cat to get her attention but she doesn't like it so much either she will swat at her. :( how can I get our puppy not to get so hyper around our cats? we have another dog as well she tries to pull her tail (our other puppy is a pomeranian).. we tell her no it's not okay but she keeps on doing these things, how long does a puppy learn before they are well trained? oh and this is not my dog it's my sisters. I'm just more of a cat person than anything (sorry this is long I just need some answers..)
