My sister thinks she can ride my mare?

So as some of you may know from my older questions, I own a 7-9 y/o, green, Paint mare. I rescued her 7 months ago and she has had 4 months of slow training with me (long story). She is just getting over her vices and does not buck or rear anymore, though she still threatens. She is just really green. I don't even let my trainer ride her anymore (again, if you've seen my older posts this will make sense). She's just not really safe for anybody to ride except me. She's not easy to handle. Anyway. My sister is coming home for the holidays in 5 days, she is 3,000 miles away at college. We both grew up around horses. We rode a couple times a week every summer at our grandpa's ranch. But, unlike me, she never pursued riding. She didn't take lessons, and after I took lessons I looked back and realized our grandfather was NOT a very good instructor. Our equitation was laughable and we didn't know our cues. We were just put on bomb proof trail horses and held onto the saddle horn. She still thinks that's right, bless her. A few days ago I was texting her and said something in a joke like "I should put you on Misty for that! She'd buck you off!" Then she stopped joking around and said, and I quote, "She won't." This kind of stunned me so I asked "How do you figure?" She said "Because I know how to ride." Then she went on to say she was excited to ride my mare ...I bit my tongue but talked to my mom about it and said it wasn't good idea obviously. My mom looked at me almost disappointed and said "Your sister can ride, she's been riding since she was little like you. Misty has more training now." I explained to her that no, my sister cannot ride WELL. Which, I'm sorry, but she can't. Plus she has never ridden English or an English horse (my mare is being trained in Dressage). And I also explained that Misty is still very green. It went in one ear and out the other. My mom ended it with "Your sister is riding your horse." I'm not only angry but worried. Even though they're being arrogant and stupid, I don't want my sister to get hurt or my mare's training to suffer. I hope my barn owner (who has seen others, professionals, ride my mare) won't permit her to ride Misty somehow. But my mom won't listen to me anymore and my sister is too naïve. They're the kind of people that think they can do anything I can at the same level. I don't even know what to do. I'm sorry...this was more of a rant. Anybody else have similar situations/stories? Thank ya'll
