Should i get vaccinated from doctor for cat scratch?

I found a kitten abandoned.. it isn't showing any abnormality... it is wounded on this right hind limbs... but she is very friendly... eats well..plays well.... come following me... and allows me to hold it anyway I like... well,havent yet got time to take it to a vet... today morning, her nails just abraded my skin.. not scratch..but just abraded and u knw,there was no bleeding and all.. but traces of the scratch was formed... anything serious?
