My neighbor has it out for my dogs. I use to let my dogs outside without a leash to go to the bathroom. One day, my black lab went into my neighbor's yard and started barking at her. She called animal control and they gave us a warning. Now when I let them out, I occasionally see her looking out her window. I just got done letting them out. While I was out there, I caught them chewing on something. I went over to see what it was. I found a bunch of turkey bones laying in the yard. I suspect foul play. I let them out a couple of hours earlier and they weren't there. If it was her, I know it would be hard to prove. Is it illegal to attempt to kill someone's dogs? What should I do about it?
