Question: Cat vomiting question??

I've got two kittens.. both aged approx 6 months. Over the last couple days one of them has been vomiting bile (green/yellowish liquid). At first I thought not much of it until it's now continued for a couple days (maybe once or twice a day). I don't see her eat a lot (I fed the cats Tuna yesterday to test if it was just her deciding she doesn't like cat food anymore and she ate a good portion of it). I also don't see her using the bathroom much.. I started doing some research and thought maybe it was some sort of blockage.. so I've now twice put her in the cat litter and sorta massaged the intenstines area and she'll do a little solid poop with some liquid as well. Aside from this quick 20 second scene when she's puking, she's absolutely (seemingly) fine otherwise. She walks around, plays with the other kitten, cuddles, everything else is normal. She'll literally puke and then go back to being normal. Obviously the best bet is a vet but finances stop this from being the first option, unfortunately. however if this is symptoms of something very serious, I will be making an appointment. any experience with this sort of thing/ideas of what it could be?
