i have just started to gallop my horse and when i am in 2 point position i alway constantly bounce out of my saddle even though i am stood up? i really hurts my cox-ix ( no idea how to spell?!) i have tried about 5 things each time to try and help and nothing works!! i try to stand up more, get closer to her neck and crouch more, putting my hands more up her neck or futher down towards me and lengthening and shortening my stirrups! and much more! I am really worried i will never be able to correct this but i need to urgently as in 2 weeks i have a fun ride and i dont want to embarrass myself! i am also starting xc rallies and show jumping rallies and also the pony club cam in summer and i dont want to look stupid as i cant stand up without hitting the saddle with my bum and bouncing every stride! in the new season i will also start hunting and i dont want to be the only person doing a sitting canter as i cant do the 2 point in gallop! i try exercises like 2 point while trotting for 5 mins and i can do that perfectly but when it comes to canter and gallop i just cant do it. please help! does anyone have any suggestion or ideas that i can do but not too expensive if it is equipment! i only have 2 weeks to perfect this! it may be tough but i have to do it!!!!
