My friends have witnessed this and my GF(she has been over once). I can tell when the dogs are barking at somebody or for no reason at all. They are probably bored. There used to be just one above, but now there are two. One day I tried to go to sleep at like 11pm and the first dog barked for hours. Then when Saturday morning came he woke me up. I don't know what to do. I have had dogs before so I know how they are. I waited a couple months to see if it would end. The only thing I have heard is the owners letting the dogs in, but other then that they are outside on the small patio. I know I am not the only one who hears it.
