Question: Help me my rat won't move or anything?

My little rat is normally really friendly and active she lives with another rat as my other one passed away recently. Today I found her at the bottom of her cage just lying there. I tried to hand feed her and give her water through a pipet however she wouldn't take any of it... When she does move its almost like she has had a stroke but I'm not a vet so I can't tell. She had a lot of gunk in her eye which was a kind of red in colour which also worried me. I have isolated her in a travel box with warm bedding and accessible food and water however it's not looking good :( any advise would be amazing I just don't want her to suffer if this is the end for her :'(
