When I say afraid I mean that his body becomes rigid and the claws come out. He has three other litter mates that have no issues with this. I've tried quite a few things to help him with the transition -- different litter boxes, different locations for the litter box (aka his favorite places to pee/poop), tried natural herbal deterrents from his normal bathroom spots (basically no effect) , tried stronger deterrents (worked for awhile, but now I think he is used to the smell), and litter attractant powder. In about a week I will be giving him and one of his other litter mates to a nice family, so I really want to rectify this before then -- Not to mention this is extremely frustrating. Also, buying a litter box for each tiny kitten is somewhat out of the question as I have a small living arrangement. I recently moved the litter box to a new location, so what does he do? Goes to the old location and try to pee there...
