Question: My rabbit has stopped eating his pellets?

he as stopped eating these dried carrots he loved and also these treats that i hang up and as soon as i got them out the packet he would be waiting for one but not anymore as soon as i put it up he just ignores it he is only eating straw (bedding) and i take him for walks everyday after school but i cant because he wont let me pick him up and when i have the harness on he trys biting it and scratches me, he used to be so friendly but now he is unbearable
