I personally believe they shouldn't, they are living things too and deserve to be part of a family just like any other dogs or cats etc. Pitbulls may have been originally breed for fighting and of course lowlife scum will breed them for dog fighting, but if the police cant even keep on top of backyard dog fighting etc then where is this country going? After all, it really is the owner, not the reason he or she is bred or who the pup was born to and who the breeder is and their intentions. FYI im unsure of whether pitbulls are illegal or not in USA, im from UK. I also know pitbulls are legal when they have been checked for violence, but should they really be? Ive seen jack russells and poodles nastier!
