Female cat wetting bed after male cat moving in?

I have a fixed female cat, and we recently adopted an unfixed male cat. Our female cat has been rather uneasy since the male cat moved in. However, today I found our female cat laying in our bed (where she usually sleeps) with multiple wet stains on the bed where she had been laying and she was licking her "private parts". I moved her on the bed and an hour later the spot where she was laying was also wet. I'm wondering if the male cat attempted to have sex with her, being that he is always chasing her around and this was the aftermath or if something is medically wrong with her? Any ideas?
