I'm gonna try and make this as short as possible. I have 2 turtles and one of them is very sick. Might be RI, not sure. He hasn't been moving AT ALL and his head is always down on the basking area. I know he's still alive because whenever I go up to him he tilts his head up. My little sister use to have a rabbit but it recently passed away. I don't want to take anymore responsibility, nor did I in the first place. My little sister has been buying all sorts of pets and dumping the responsibility on me while she gets all the "fun/attention" and now this is happening. Is there a place where I can give my turtles away and know that they'll be in good care? Like a vet or something? Do vets take donations? I can't bear to see anymore deaths of beloved pets, please help me?
