I got a female rott almost 2 yrs ago, which will make her about 3 or 4, I saw no signs of abuse when I got her, just a sweet loving dog who needed off a chain and more attention. We also have several small breed dogs which she took to very quickly, and had no aggression towards at all, until one day my pug was in the yard with her and out of no where she picked my pug up in her mouth and shook her when I saw this I yelled to her to drop the dog and she did. That dog didn't die from this. Over a year has passed and she's not shown any agression toward my little dogs again till last month my neighbor called and said she just saw my rott kill my Shih-Tzu. My rott does have food agression but we never feed them together, the Shih Tzu didn't have any teeth marks on her, I don't understand what's happening with my dogs. Can anyone give me some advice?
