Question: How can i stop puppy biting?

i dont mind puppy bitting at all but when hes made me bleed twice that is unacceptable. so im wondering if i can take him somewhere so they can teach him or help me teach him to stop bitting me and bite his chew toys. I ve already given him chew toys when he starts biting but only bites them for a second and comes back to bite me. ive also tried the OW! when he bites but he then runs and bites my pants/socks. hes only 8 weeks old
