Question: My budgie is having severe feather loss?

I was just away on vacation for the weekend, and when I got home, my female budgie had lost a ton of feathers around her leg and vent area. Also, in the past few months, she's developed a weird regurgitating behavior where she regurgitates on her leg. I gave her extra molting food, and she's not really the type to get stressed when we go away, so could someone tell me why she's suddenly lost a bunch of feathers? I'm thinking it might be mange, but I'm not sure if budgies can get that. Thanks!
