I am getting a female pomeranian puppy this june 5-10 from a breeder in Arizona, where my sister lives. The closest breeder to where I live (Utah.) And I cannot decide between getting an 8-10 week old puppy from the breeder, or a 9 month old. (She sells both ages.) I was first definitely thinking a puppy, then an adult, then a puppy, then a adult again, and now I just really don't know. I'm asking this question because I was wondering what age would fit my needs/lifestyle: I need to make sure it would be almost completely potty trained/ house trained by August 15 ish, since that is when school starts for me, and my mom would be home all day with all three dogs. (The pom being mine, our family has two other rescue dogs.) And I also need to make sure she could still work in her office, at home, being able to leave and come back throughout the day for short periods of time, and the dog would be okay. It can't interrupt her work with her leaving her desk every hour or so, to walk the pup out on a leash and wait for it to do its business. I feel all those expectations are a little bit risky with a 5 month puppy. The only reason I really want a puppy is because they are so cute, and I could raise it myself. But I want the adult because it's size and temperament guaranteed. So please help me decide! Thanks! (Sorry for the length of this question.)
