Question: I need help with my 75g planted freshwater tank?!?

I recently bought a 75g aquarium with plans to have it be a planted tank. I have had it circulating for over a month with gravel and four plants that are doing great and I have also finished planning the orientation of everything. The only problem I have is the chemicals. The water tests I have been doing weekly have come out like this: Gh: 15 Kh: 30 Ph: 6.5 No2: 0 No3: 10 (All measurements are Mg/L) I took that water and put it in a bucket with some of the new stones and pebbles that will go in the tank and waited a couple of hours. When I did a water test on that water, this is what it read: Gh: 20 Kh: 80 Ph: 6.5 no2: 0 no3: 0 Is this change good or bad? Either way, any tips on steadying them and keeping them good? Ps. The fish I am planing on getting are angelfish, rainbows, and Congo tetras.
