Question: OPINION: Seizing Senior Dog?

BEFORE JUMPING INTO CONCLUSIONS LIKE 90% OF YOU DO, YES IVE TAKEN HER TO THE VET, YES IM IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH HER VET, YES SHE WAS DIAGNOSED MEANING IM NOT ASSUMING -------- Vet gave my dog, which in the span of 18 days had 3 seizures a medication called Zonisamide 25mg to avoid her seizures. Vet said to look for signs of sedation as she is a smaller dog (8lb Chi) I was just able to pick up her prescription today. The 3 seizures that she's had were 7-10 days apart. I know seizures dont run on a schedule but I've been anticipating a seizure these past few days. No seizures. So... i just want an honest opinion in something, just to see how many people would do what while thinking of their fur babies well being. Knowing she might be sedated, and knowing she hasn't gotten a seizure again, not yet at least. Would you personally wait and see if she will still seize or would you medicate her asap for prevention, whether they are coming or not?
