Question: I THINK MY DOG IS SICK, HELP:(?

I think my dog is sick but my mom refuses to go to the vet! I am too young and don't have a job so I cannot take her... my dog has ear infections a lot cause she's a GSD, but she recently got one and I have been cleaning it constantly but it just won't go away- usually they do go away, but this one just... always stays:/ My mom says it will be my fault if she dies, but I swear I have been trying hard to get rid of it :( its' been about one week. Her pee is a dark yellow, almost orange, even though she drinks water. She still loves to play, she loves to go on walks still, and is still energtic still but she sometimes(usually when laying down), looks sad and hopeless. Have I mentioned that she hasn't had her heat yet?:\ she was suppose to have it this winter. She is always licking her vulva but it never comes. She had diarrhea yesterday, but it's gone now- her pee is still darkish though. Please help! She is the only thing I have left:( Don't get me wrong though she still seems happy sometimes but her sadness comes randomly- she has this droopy face sometimes if you guys think something is serious, I will try hard to convince my mom to take her
