Question: Budgie has dye from wet perch on her face?!?!?!?

My budgies just had their first bath time with me, and as a result, their cage got wet, as well as some of the perches. My female decided, while wet, to rub her head on one of the wet perches, and she is now covered in the dye of the perch. The link to the perch is below... should I remove the perch and call a vet? I've heard of some dyes really hurting birds, but I can't imagine a dye from a parakeet perch hurting - she doesnt seem the least bit annoyed by it. She's preening the male I have as we speak, chattering and tweeting away. Should I be concerned? First time bird owner, so I'm a little over-worried probably. I just want whats best for my feathery babies!
