Question: Is my bearded dragon ill?

I am new to bearded dragons, this guy is my first. I did alot of research before bringing him home. He's about 6 months old, living in a 40 gallon breeder tank right now with reptile carpet, a basking rock, and logs to climb on. He has a heat lamp and the basking area gets between 105-110 F. I also have a 10.0 desert reptile UVB light. Yesterday he was absolutely fine, acting totally normally. The day before he'd eaten some crickets, parsley, and green pepper cut up into tiny pieces. Yesterday, like I said, he was acting normal. Had normal poops though later in the day there was alot of liquid in it. I figured he was just over hydrated from the peppers. This morning I went to turn his lights on for the day and there were two poops that were nothing but undigested food. He'd eaten crickets (live) and some canned grasshoppers which I'd cut in half to make them the right size for him. He'd eaten hours before the lights went off but all the bugs were whole and undigested in his poop. Now he's hiding inside his basking rock and won't come out. He isn't interested in eating. His body is warm and his color is bright and normal, but he just seems uninterested and tired. Is he seriously ill or is this maybe something that will pass? Am i doing something wrong?
