Question: Is my dog a racist:/?

I've had my dog since she was nine months, she's four now. Before I got her she lived in Mexico with my uncle, and I live in the U.S. Ever since she came up here she only barks at black people and chases them:/ even some of my friends that are black. Can someone explain why she's like that? My dad thinks she's racist lol is that even possible for a dog? My uncle isn't racist either so theres no chance of him teaching her to bark and chase them. Over the years she gotten use to some of my friends but even still she just growls or stays away from them. How can I make her stop? My uncle thinks maybe because in Mexico it's uncommon to see black people (well at least in their village) so it's something new to her?? Help it's really annoying especially at like 4am when she's looking out the window-.-
