apartment dog options?

So it came down to four choices Basset hound (from basset hound rescue) Harrier Beagle Australian Sheperd Please remeber I'm going to take these guys on walks 3 times a day 1(right when I get up for school..most of the time) 2(right when I get home) 3(before we go to bed) Which one would be best I'm thinking basset hound, cause it seems to me they are loyal not so hard headed,laid back and there's 4 that I see on the rescue page that don't really bark. Plus from the walking schedule and sudden bursts of driving around and random trips to dog park that's all a. Basset needs... Opinions ps the apartment approved on all 4
