My other cat keeps hitting to my elder cat?

I have four cats, I've been with the 2 for like 5 years i've seen their all problems deaths, injuries, fights, pregnancies and now im with only 4. Two ladies and males. I don't have any problems with the ladies they're just a little cold but the two males fight a lot. Actually, one of them is elder i've had him for years, he grew up on my arms and now the one whom i love so much too, hits to my elder cat, always. Especially when eating, i seperate their food sometimes but he keeps hitting. What should i do? I want them to get along. My elder cat never hits him back and they are all family by the way. My elder cat seems unhappy and he's starting to get away from me, cause when i pet him in front of my other cat, my poor cat gets hit by him :/ i need some advice please
