She's been reported many times before, however, before the scheduled visit by SPCA personnel, she gets the majority of the animals out of the house. I know they cant by law enter the premises without a warrant, but is there any way to help them get one? i.e. showing photos of the residence, and the animals. They're all matted with piss and crap, and the house is a literal landmine of dog feces. which cannot be good for the health of anyone living here. how can i make sure these dogs can get help?
