Cats won't eat food anymore?

I have had my cats (2) since 7 weeks old they are now and a year and half. And they are super picky (monsters cause of me) They have been on wellness complete health chicken and turkey one. They don't like the wellness core. They have dry food that's left out all day for whenever they want it. They get wellness wet food at night wellness signature selects-shredded. And they get treats a lot lol way to much I would say. And lately twice as often. My boy cat is a big cat and he eats a lot (he not fat) but he prob weighs 10 pounds. My girl cat is little but she always been littler than her brother. I recently bought the wellness healthy weight also chicken and was mixing that with the complete health. And now they don't want to eat it or come near it. They eat the wet food but hardly even finish that. I cleaned the bowls changed the water and now stopping the treats. Checked there teeth already and they are both active (indoor and outdoors). Nothing changed in the past 3 months. Any other ideas to get them to eat
