How can i tell if my rat is sick?

Hello I got 2 small female rats from Petco on new years. Before I got them I read up on just about everything I could about them since this is my first time owning rats, so when I chose them out I made sure they were healthy and active. Well on the 2nd or 3rd day of bringing them home I noticed one of them started sneezing every few minutes. I didn't think much of this but it started happening more often and scared me so when I looked it up I found that its a symptom of URI(Upper Respiratory Infection)! I am very scared now and I've done everything I could from changing their bedding to getting them a new cage. I read that the sneezing might be just them smelling their new home but I'm not too sure. I had them in a 10 gallon tank with Planet Petco softwood bedding. It has spruce, fir, and pine shavings and says dust free but I've since switch everything and got them a Deluxe Ferret Habitat (http://www.ablackhorse.com/store/pc/Multi-Floor-My-First-Home-for-Small-Pets-Large-523p20703.htm?gclid=CO-M0tf76LsCFUQ6Qgodj1wAfQ) with some aspen bedding from the dollar store. I lined the cage floors with some towel I bought from Walmart and put some toys in there for them. The only place I have the aspen bedding in is in a small bowl where I plan to potty train them. They've only been here 5 days but I love them to death already and spoil the hell out of them. If there's any other info I'm missing just say I'll do what I can. They are both very active with each other wrestling, chasing, eating, drinking but she sneezes once every minute or so. The sneezing is the only sign of URI she has (no mucus, she eats & drinks, etc.) PLEASE help!
