my cats creatinine was 2.8, glob was 5.5: Chronic Kidney Disease: What does it mean?

Hello, My cat Wiz had elevate creatine, only 2 points above the range, and elevated GLOB. I had an ultrasound done and the doc said there was significant changes in the kidneys as well as an enlarged node on the pancreas. A CPL test showed he doesn't have pancreatitis. He seems pretty healthy- he is eating well, but he drinks a lot of water, I give him only wet food now. He has been sleeping more- he is also fiv +, had some teeth removed recently. His weight is stable. He has had some on and off chronic vomiting issues with hairballs. The ultrasound showed no sign of inflammatory bowel. I have given him a natural oil supplement which has helped the hairballs/vomiting. He is part Siamese and has very short hair. I have switched him to a wet diet with low carbs- part raw(stella & chewy) and wellness and weruva. Our dvm said a low protein diet won't prevent the cdk at this point and no one knows how much it will progress or how fast. I just wonder if there is anything else we can do. I give him benebac every day with his food and we tried a chinese herbal supplement for kidney health but he doesn't like this in his food very much. He doesn't seem to need sub q fluids at this point. I just wonder if there is anything else we can do? I'm worried the pancreatic node may be cancer. What else can I do? Urinalysis in December showed: +3 blood, +1 protein, & + 2 WBC. Specific gravity was 1.02. For some reason my dvm didn't discuss that with me- It seems he may have had an infection. I will redo the urinalysis and blood work soon. He did very well with his dental extractions and started eating the same day.
