My indoor cat got freaked out and disappeared. Help.?

I live in a small studio apartment. My cat is indoor-only. I was in the bathroom and heard all kinds of noise in the living area. It was LOUD. She was running all around the room and I heard the rustling of a bag. I had gone shopping earlier and left the bag on the floor. Stupid of me but this has never happened before. I came out of the bathroom around the time the noise stopped and she was under the bed. I saw that the plastic bag was around her so she must've gotten stuck on it. I moved the bed, reached over and grabbed the bag of her. I tried to lure her out and she still wouldn't move. She looked really scared which is unlike her. Since I had moved the bed, I noticed dust bunnies behind. My cat tends to get allergic so I saw this as an opportunity to vacuum up the dust and lure her out from under the bed. I vacuumed behind the bed and she disappeared…. Must've run out the other side. I figure she'd be in the bathroom or in a corner or in a closet but I cannot find her anywhere and I have been looking for over an hour. I shake her cat treats and she will not come out from hiding. I play with her bird wand because the noise always lures her out but even that wouldn't work. It's like she disappeared. Any advice? Clearly she's spooked and has hidden someplace so good that I cannot for the life of me find her. My place is only about 550 square feet so I'm at a loss. I feel like I'm in a bad dream I can't wake up from. It's late and I'm tired but I can't sleep. Has this happened to anybody before? Any advice regarding how to lure her out?
