Question: Puppy with inguinal hernia?

I have female puppy that's about 4-5 months. I'm pretty sure she has two inguinal hernias in her lower belly :( last month I went to the vet to get her shots and he said he'll check up on it when she gets her second set of shots. Today we went to get her second set of shots and I completely forgot to tell him about the hernias! :( is it okay if I wait like 2 weeks until I go back to the vet or should I go earlier? It's because on weekdays I have school, so I can only go on weekends.. But yeah thanks for your time
